RETURN /  EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your new LD DELLU bag but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, simply you may return it for a product exchange or refund within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.

In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

LC DELLU reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging and all tags attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged, or not in their original packaging.


PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Items can be exchanged for an alternative style.
 

RETURNS CHARGES & SHIPPING

Returns are free, however, please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded.

When returning goods, please make sure that on the airbill and the package it is clearly stated ‘RETURNED GOODS. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE’. Any import taxes will be deducted from the final refund.

Please note, LCDELLU cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) are missing shall be refused.

REFUNDS

Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable, and these will be deducted from any monies returned to you in the event you return one of our products. Please allow 5 working days once we receive your product for LCDELLU to process your return, plus allow for a further 5-7 days for banks to clear funds on your account.

Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LCDELLU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note: We do not offer any exchange or refund on any Bespoke Bag orders.


RETURN FEES

In case you choose to return your order, you will be burdened with the shipping cost.

In case your order is returning from outside the EU, you will be additionally burdened with any other fees, duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities.

EXCHANGES

If you are exchanging a product and the new item is a lower amount we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.

Please note: This does not apply during Sales Period where we can only offer an exchange on goods. If the customer does not wish to exchange their purchase, he will be issued a credit note to the value of the item when he purchased it. If a customer exchanges a product and there is a difference in the final balance, he will be issued a credit note which can be redeemed on his next purchase.
